   Natalie M went above and beyond to get my Delivery sorted today 23/12/25 - i appreciate how busy the teams must be during this time of the year. This quality of Service is a rarity nowadays. I would also like to add this Waitrose always has alot of products in stock and of high quality. The Ocado Deliveries are always delivered on time with excellent customer service from the drivers.

   This Waitrose branch is exceptionally well stocked and always has a great selection of beautiful, fresh flowers and plants. The meat counter is excellent, as are the cheese and charcuterie. We always choose to visit this branch, even though there’s another one much closer to where we live.

   My wife visited the store today with our baby in a buggy. While using the self-checkout, she was wrongly accused of stealing by an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. The accusation arose because she had a few items at the bottom of the buggy—which had been purchased elsewhere—while she was still in the process of paying for her Waitrose shopping. Overall this is a good store but this rude and unprofessional employee has ruined the Waitrose experience for my wife. Her behaviour is not congruent with the values that Waitrose profess. Customer services have been informed.

   Well stocked with groceries and fresh produce. This store could do with an interior overhaul as it is looking a little worse for wear. But other than that the staff were polite and helpful, and I was able to find and purchase what I went in for.

   I like Waitrose very much. Sadly the Enfield store is a bit tired, it could do with some TLC. Having had the Exeter store which is fantastic, as my local store previously. Enfield is a let down. One issue you have which could be solved easily is the terrible wifi black spots you have in the store, i like to use the scanning app on my phone. Get some more WiFi connectors/senders around the store.. The store need a makeover!

   I went in to "click and collect". OMG what a nightmare. Despite having an email with all the details, an order number, a parcel number and my name on the package, the "partner" said that the parcel was not mine as there was another parcel on the shelf with my name on it. I think your staff need training. If the numbers are correct and the name is right then issue the parcel! I had to tell them what was in the parcel so they could check the contents to confirm. There were yoga bras in the package and the partner said that the contents were not bras What on earth happens during the training sessions? The queue for click and collect was growing and I was the 3rd customer who had "problems". It s.eems to me the partner has the problems. Avoid this store. You are better off ordering via royal mail during a postal strike. Will never set foot in this store again

   It is an excellent supermarket. Ellegant, modern clean. It offers great variety of goods including organics and it has traditionally high standards of customer service. This branch is spacious with a wide range of products, a real gem in town.
