“I wanted to share my appreciation for Trish, who provided exceptional customer service at the self-checkout tills in the Waitrose store last night. Despite it being a busy peak hour, Trish took the time to help every single customer who needed assistance, including myself. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient, which made a stressful situation much easier for everyone. I couldn’t help but notice that Trish was the only one managing the tills, as her colleagues either called her for help or left her to handle the customers on her own. While this didn’t seem fair, Trish managed it with grace and professionalism. She even helped me resolve an issue with my Waitrose card that wouldn’t scan. Trish is the epitome of excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition for her hard work. People like her make the shopping experience so much better, and it’s clear that she’s an asset to your team. I hope Waitrose considers her for a promotion because she certainly deserves it! “A very convenient store has pretty much everything you need even in this small store,I like how it gives back to the community unlike other supermarkets out there. “I'm a regular customer often stopping with my sons on our way home after work and school. Last week my youngest had abit of an off day so he wasn't in the best of moods. The lady behind the counter was absolutely brilliant with him and really went out of her way to cheer him up. Not often you get that interaction these days. I would say most of the staff at this store are amazing and help keep a community feel going. Well done folks.... keep it up!”
