   When I came home a moment ago to buy chestnuts from this shop, they had a very strong smell, like gasoline. Even after rinsing them with water and cooking them, the smell was still there. I even soaked them in baking soda water, but the smell didn't go away. I wasn't given a receipt either. It was a complete waste of money. I don't understand why these products aren't inspected. Ultimately, people's health is at risk. Selling food like this is unacceptable!!

   Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Inedible Watermelon and Unacceptable Customer Service I am writing to raise a serious complaint about an experience I had at your store regarding a watermelon I purchased. After buying it, I discovered it was not fresh and completely inedible. I returned to the store the same day to request a refund or replacement, but I was told this was not possible due to your returns policy. This response is unacceptable. Under UK consumer rights, customers are entitled to a remedy when a product is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. Fresh produce that cannot be eaten clearly falls into that category. What made the situation far worse was the behaviour of the staff. Their attitude was dismissive, lacking basic empathy, and showed no understanding of consumer rights or customer care. Instead of resolving a simple issue, their response felt rude, unhelpful, and undermining. It is shocking that a business can operate without understanding fundamental consumer rights and basic customer service standards. After this experience, I will not be returning to this shop again. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, and I request a written response explaining how you intend to address both the issue with the product and the unacceptable staff conduct.

   I love the Fresh Food Centre on the Hertford Road which is part of my local shops especially the bakery which is always fully stocked with a variety of bread and rolls and pastries the lovely smell of warm bread always takes me to the back of the shop where the ovens are .It would take forever to go through all the fully stocked shelves of everything you need to cook so you need to pop in and see for yourself .There is always friendly staff around if you need help with anything which is really nice and makes a pleasant change

   Great place to shop fully loaded with quality fruit and veg there meat is fresh and a good selection of bread clean modern and just a great supermarket to shop there are many Turkish supermarkets around that area but this one is a bit more special then most.

   The store presents itself well but presents the operations in the uncomfortable ones with a distrust with which they follow us around the store and above all very dishonest when calculating the amount to pay. It's ridiculous to have paid £2.73 for 3 small persimmons

   Easily the best supermarket in the whole North London! Vegs and fruits are always fresh and high quality. The shop is always in an immaculate condition in terms of cleanliness and order. Super easy to find anything you want and they constantly do discounts and offers to keep you happy. The management is highly professional and they make sure you leave the shop happy every time. I have never written a comment for a supermarket before but these guys really deserve praise!!
