“Best boarding in London, bar none. Our 11 month old bordoodle, Dave, spent a long weekend at Elmtree Pet Hotel and had the best time ever. We were nervous driving him to his first boarding 'kennel', but from the instant we spoke to the lovely reception staff, we had zero worries any longer- its truly first class. He was so well looked after and the staff were so attentive and kind- each one saying goodbye on Dave's way out on Monday morning.... Will 100% be back. Thank you for everything!”

“Me and my girlfriend spent 5 years figuring out which parrot would be best for us. We ended up buying a ringneck privately and it turned out to be a nightmare. He loved me but hated our kids and my girlfriend was petrified of him.. After visiting another well known bird breeders and not having a very welcoming experience we decided to phone Enfield bird centre and was really happy with the way we talked on the phone so we decided to visit the shop. We arrived and was instantly greeted by 2 of the workers there, really kind guys and very easy to talk to, one of the lads showed us all around the shop, told us which birds where best around children and which birds where abit nippy, Me and my girlfriend fell in love with 2 latino galah cockatoos and really couldn't decide which one to go for, at this point we had to leave the shop to back home and get our kids from school.. After some talks with the manager, he agreed to re open the shop for us so we could bring our 4 children down to meet the brother and sister. We arrived again in the evening to meet Trevor and he was great, we went to the big walk in cage and spent time with both birds figuring out which one would chose our family, Our cockatoo Rosie chose us.. Shes amazing and really is a silly tame family bird.. I would recommend anyone to Trevor at the Enfield bird centre. The service we received was above and beyond. Very informative and friendly, easy to talk with, staff are very laid back and kind. We will be visiting the shop again in the future.. Thankyou everyone at The Enfield Bird centre. “Jollyes always has competitive pricing on pet food and on bird food with a choice of products, sizes and different ranges. The discounts and deals make some purchases an absolute bargain but I think their standard prices are pretty good too. I always find the staff friendly and helpful too.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but this world is always full of negativity and I wanted to say something positive. I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there. “Lynsey is the best! Our staffy gets great exercise and training with the group walks. We can see his social skills really progressing, as well as his overall attitude with all kinds of other breeds. He seems to have made some dog friends and it is super great to have the photos and videos of his adventures each time to see how much stimulation his outings with Lynsey bring him. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lynsey's services to friends and family.”

“Discovered Muddy Mutleys and the brilliant Clare when searching for a weekend cani-cross group to join. After running with the Sunday group, I engaged Clare for some 1:1 coaching to tidy up my instruction calls for when I'm running with our rescue dog. What can I say but within 24 hours of our coaching session, my instructions are streamlined and I have a really attentive dog who is working harder than ever to hit his markers, making me one happy runner and him feel like the winner he is! Clare is warm, personable, direct and really takes the time to observe you and your dog in action, whilst ensuring she is hearing exactly what you want to achieve. She is a delight to be around and I would highly recommend the social Sunday run too.”

“Our puppy has been going to Elmtree for a few weeks and I'm just blown away by how incredible it is. Photo updates, amazing friendly team who pick him up and drop him off and he's so excited anytime he sees the van now. It's made going to work and leaving him so much easier. Highly recommend!”

I remember being fearful of getting their basic husbandry wrong, and causing them harm, but their staff were quick to advise and reassure me. Friendly attentive staff, always willing to help, and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, and comfortable. The manager and staff were always approachable. “Good value for money. The room had everything needed in a quiet location, although quite central. Not much interaction with the staff, but very friendly on arrival. Didn't stay in the town, main goal was to reach Stansted airport which took 45 min.”

“I've used Elgon for many years and never had any major problems. Staff are always friendly and helpful and give sound advice on things and the pharmacist is always on hand to help. Recently my medication has been issued in a blister pack and it was spot on correct. Would recommend to everyone.”
