The shop overall was good, one of the young female staff was a bit rude when asked could she show me where puppy food was. Lots of parking and a dog shower too.
Just went in to look at a rat cage. The perfect one was on display on the top shelf. We asked, not unreasonably, if we could have it down to take a proper look at it. The lady told us no, because it is heavy, so she isn't prepared to get it down if we aren't prepared to buy it! Ridiculous policy - why have display items if you aren't allowed to look at them?
Jollyes always has competitive pricing on pet food and on bird food with a choice of products, sizes and different ranges. The discounts and deals make some purchases an absolute bargain but I think their standard prices are pretty good too. I always find the staff friendly and helpful too.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. I went with a friend to have her puppies vaccinated and chipped. The pet clinic staff were really friendly and took great care of the puppies. They welcome dogs instore and offer samples for them to try and water for them to drink. They have a wide selection of food and accessories for all kinds of pets. They also offer pet grooming services.
Good place cost me a fortune buying for 2 granddoggys who both have their birthday in December plus Xmas .but I love them both so it's the only place to go and spoil them.
Really big shop with a nice selection of items. Staff are helpful and mostly knowledgeable. The condition for the animals sold is pretty poor, but not much worse than other large pet stores. A big selection of Small pet items but sadly lots that are unsuitable and cages that are way too small, still better than Pets at Home for supplies though!
