   I've used Elgon for many years and never had any major problems. Staff are always friendly and helpful and give sound advice on things and the pharmacist is always on hand to help. Recently my medication has been issued in a blister pack and it was spot on correct. Would recommend to everyone.

   I called them before I made the 1 hour journey I clearly told them what I wanted. I also explained I have a prescription. Care codein linctus is my prescription. I don’t even like it but me and my family are allergic to the other products. I called them up and they said they have it in stock but bring the prescription. As I arrived and showed them my prescription they rejected it and said sorry we thought you meant Pholcodine cough syrup. Now that’s outrageous because pholocodein doesn’t need prescription!!!! Why lie? I seriously have a flu!!!!!!

   I've been here twice for the walk in vaccination service. Excellent service, very quick. No issues. The only possibly issue is that some rooms are shared with the GP building for the vaccines, which is fine, but for some reason the receptionists don't like it.

   This was a good chemist. I went here for my Covid booster. They had good availability, and the place was appropriately spaced out and socially distanced. They had a separate section for people waiting for appointments, which required speaking to someone to get into. I thought this was good as it reduced infection risk by keeping people apart. The pharmacist was very friendly and reassuring, and explained the vaccine well. I got given a sticker afterwards and I thought it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back here.
