   Really genuine people, they care about animals and go out of their way to assist. Saw a beautiful cat running around in the middle of road in the lane leading to this day centre, I’m always seeing their vans out and about and remembered they might have a Micro Chip Scanner. I called them expecting them to say it’s not their problem or be dismissive like most companies are now days, but they made a call to see if anymore had a scanner and even searched the premises, then advised of where to take the lost cat. They truly care about animals and good people like this are what makes our community a better place. Thank you LUKE BIRD

   This is my first time using Elmtree and my husky had a week stay at the pet hotel. She was so happy when I picked her up, and attempted to dash right back to the reception after doing her zoomies outside. She's full of energy and looks good so I'm very sure she had a blast and was well looked after. I will definitely bring her back here again. Drop-off and pick-up is really easy, and communication with the team is really good and responsive

   We’ve left our dog with ElmTree 3 times, twice at the country club and once at the hotel, and they are wonderful. Even our cat enjoyed her two stays. Andy, who does pickups and drop offs, is especially lovely. They are super responsive and take great care of our kiddos. (photos provided by ElmTree staff upon instagram DM request!)

   Best boarding in London, bar none. Our 11 month old bordoodle, Dave, spent a long weekend at Elmtree Pet Hotel and had the best time ever. We were nervous driving him to his first boarding 'kennel', but from the instant we spoke to the lovely reception staff, we had zero worries any longer- its truly first class. He was so well looked after and the staff were so attentive and kind- each one saying goodbye on Dave's way out on Monday morning.... Will 100% be back. Thank you for everything!

   I used Elmtree Pet Hotel when leaving our recent rescue dog Angel for the first time. I was extremely worried due to her background and even cried when dropping her off! I was reassured throughout my trip with updates and photos which allowed me to enjoy my holiday & I could see Angel was also having a nice time away. When I collected her it was clear she had a lovely time and all the staff were SO lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend Elmtree and won't leave Angel anywhere else now!

   We would like to say a huge thank you to Mandy and everyone at the Elm Tree pet hotel who looked after our two poodles for us whilst we were away. We could see when we came to collect them that not only had they been exceptionally well cared for but that they were exceptionally happy and had clearly had the most wonderful holiday too! We cannot emphasise how wonderful Elm Tree is - we know that our dogs are in the best possible care, Mandy loves and looks after them as though they are her own and she is outstanding when it comes to understanding dogs and knowing how to manage them. They came back clean, having been washed and groomed there too, they had lots of exercise and plenty of play sessions. We would not go on holiday without our dogs if we could not leave them with Mandy at the Elm Tree Pet Hotel.

   We have been putting off writing this review as didn't want to "be awkward" but did feel it was worth pointing out to help other customers. We have used Elm Tree a few times and on all but the last occasion they were great. The last time we used them we took our two dogs and provided instructions for feeding both of them as well as provided all food for the time that they were there. Our dogs eat a raw diet so all food was provided for their stay. When we collected our two dogs we were given a large amount of the food that we provided to Elm Tree back as uneaten. This worried us, and we later found that one of our dogs had been badly injured by the other as Elm Tree hadn't followed our feeding instructions. One of the dogs had attacked the other for its food as they had been given 50% less food a day for the 5 day that we had left them there. Elm Tree had taken the instructions for one dog and assumed it to be for both as they were kenneled together. We received an expensive vet bill and also now (almost a year later) still need to hand feed our other dog as she is nervous around food since being at Elm Tree. At the time we mentioned the issue to Elm Tree and got a mail back that they would give us a discount on our next visit. It goes without saying, we have no intention of leaving our dogs there again and we were grateful that this was a shorter stay than previously otherwise there could have been dire consequences. Do please check the instructions with the team when you drop your dogs off to avoid such problems that we had.

   Many thanks to Mandy and the whole team at Elmtree. This was the first time that our 12 year old dog, a bichon frise, had ever stayed in a kennel environment. And he is now blind and diabetic, requiring injections twice a day and very careful diet management. I was very nervous on the drop-off day, but the staff could not have been more reassuring or friendlier, which made me much more at ease with the whole experience. Our dog settled in straight away and looked very comfortable. He stayed at Elmtree for a week, while we were on holiday. Every day we had fantastic communication from Mandy in the form of pictures, videos, texts and phone calls. It made our holiday. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing he was being looked after by such a caring person and team. I didn't think a holiday like this would ever be possible, but I am already able to look forward to arranging the next one, knowing that our dog will be happy and cared for so well. We cannot recommend Elmtree highly enough. A very special thanks to Mandy in particular !
