The staff at Oak Vets are amazing without exception! The vets and nurses are hugely knowledgeable and so caring. Fantastic customer service and a sense of humour!
Saw vet today for my pup's second vaccine. My usual medivet in welwyn garden has covid. The vet was wonderful explained everything and made my pup feel relaxed. Would highly recommend
I'm not going to write an essay. The vet probably has his own version of how everything happened. The point is, my cat died within days after following their recommendation. My personal opinion is that a good vet will understand animals as well as using science to their advantage. When you solely rely on lab results to make life altering decisions it can backfire very easily. This is just my opinion.
Been to The Oak veterinary practice for several years, always been kind and professional. The little touches from a letter of condolence to us when we had to have out Molly put to sleep. To letters to our pooch for treatment reminders. Can't recommend the staff enough, and the pricing isn't too bad either.
This is without doubt a brilliant veterinary practice. My cat has an on going illness which has been bought under control and her outlook is looking much better. Thea is a wonderful, kind and knowledgeable vet. The nursing staff are friendly and caring.
It was for the worst reason I had to visit The Oak vets. My beloved dog had to be put to sleep as he was very sick, but I have to give the staff their due, they were incredibly caring and sensitive. They didn't rush us at all, and my dog was treated with the utmost dignity right til the very end. We were allowed to spend as much time with him to say our goodbyes as we wanted, and the vet explained everything that would happen very thoroughly to us. They even sent us a lovely sympathy card a few days later. Thank you Oak staff, you were amazing.
