All the staff amazing. Very patient especially we have 3 dogs and cat took all at same time. Used Village Vet as a company for few years. Highly recommended
Always found the staff very friendly and this helps to keep pets calm and content. No issues with claiming insurance as insurance provider deals direct with practice and so far able to claim without an issue.
Very good practice, but unfortunately the vet who I saw did not offer any advice on what to do for my pet. I did not get any answers to some of the concerns I had, which left me feeling unhappy
Excellent veterinary practice – I’ve been very impressed with the level of care and service here. Beth is outstanding – thorough, professional and genuinely caring, with a brilliant manner that puts both pets and their humans at ease. Sandra on Reception is also fantastic: friendly, efficient, and always helpful. Highly recommend!
Everyone is very welcoming. I have always managed to get a same day appointment if my dog is very unwell and I am really worried. Visiting the practice is a pleasure and my dog is rushing to get through the door when we go in to collect her worming and flea treatment tablets. At the consultation everything is clearly explained. I have recently recommended a friend to the practice and they have now joined.
great people, responsive. it's nice that cats have a separate the waiting place from the dogs.
Very high quality service from friendly and caring staff who really love animals and who are willing to spend extra time to talk with you and answer any concerns or questions you maje have about your pets.
To be honest..... very difficult appointment. I understand the pressures on young vets but these poor vets have to sell sell sell. The focus was on how many treatments I could be sold ahead of what my dog needed. I understand its the age we live in and business is tough but a trusted transparent relationship is required
I moved to this practice last year for convenience for my senior and sick dog. I could not speak highly enough about the staff here. So friendly and caring and constantly made me feel at ease. The vets themselves did everything to try and help my 16yr old feel comfortable. I had him put down suddenly in March with a vet I’d never met in the end but it made no difference. She was just as lovely as Sally and another vet I’d had that left for HongKong. They even sent a sympathy card the week following his passing. It was a very nice touch. A great team!
I just want to give a big thank you to Sally, Suzy and the team at Village Vets Potters Bar. It was my second visit this week and not only the attention to detail but the true empathy and kindness shown. You can feel they are passionate about their work. They seem to enjoy going above and beyond to make my dog feel special, and in turn I wanted to write this review to let other’s know your loved ones are in great hands here.
