We brought our puppy here for a first consultation which cost Β£56 - the vet did absolutely nothing. When we asked questions we were just told βoh heβll be fineβ. We brought with us his vaccination card and were told he has a few weeks left until he needs his last one. However after checking with another vet after lack of confidence we were told we had missed the cut of point by a couple of days and had to start the process all over again. Meaning that we cannot bring our puppy out on walks for an additional 3 weeks. We are so disappointed with the knowledge and care of the vets at this practice.

Awful and money centred . Vets are always running late with no apology and once you're in, they rush you out. Wouldn't recommend!

I went with my cat. It was sick, weak and with black spots that appeared around the mouth. The vet, was very good, checked the cat well and recommended many blood tests urgently to find out what the cat had. Until here it was a good service, the test was supposed to take max two weeks. After 3 weeks we started calling because we didn't receive any call about the results. Then they found out that the samples were retained in the EU border. Nobody did anything if I don't get upset and call. We took the cat back for another set of tests and again the same happened. More than two weeks passed, nobody did a follow up. Nobody apologised, just blaming someone else, and in all these, two months have passed without results. In the second test, they send the results to another Vet clinic, without informing me. In my opinion they are completely incompetent and you can't trust them with an emergency for your loved pet. Except the Vet doctor, the receptionist and the organisation have one of the worst customer services I have ever seen. They don't help you, don't give a solution, therefore put in risk your pet due procrastination. Fortunately, my cat recovered from what he had alone and now it's healthy and happy.

I visit often with rabbits I rescue and theyβre so lovely and know what theyβre doing. Itβs not hard to get appointments and it has a warm atmosphere

Always excellent service. I have three cats registered here and have annual checkups. One of my cats is a stray. I am always impressed with the advice and guidance I receive when I call for help. I recently brought in a 16 yr old poorly stray that I called Tiger Tiger. I had found her but wanted advice on her care and possible treatment. I was told she had only 2 weeks to live as she had a heart murmur, end of life liver/kidney and heart disease. She sadly died two weeks later as stated but the vet team showed her love and care above and beyond. They were all so kind to this poorly wonderful stray. Thank you everyone.

This was my first visit to Vets4Pets Waltham Abbey, this visit was due to changing vets from the Vets4Pets Hertford which was a disgrace tbh. From the very first minute I stepped into Waltham Abbey it was friendly and relaxed. The receptionist was lovely and helpful and the vets was outstanding, informative, put my mind to rest, answered questions, loved Milo, helpful, thorough, honestly couldnβt have asked for better visit. The difference between Waltham Abbey and the Hertford branch was completely different. So glad I moved Milo now.

I always fine when I visit or phone that the vets, nurses and receptionist are very polite and helpful. The vet or nurse will always explain everything to you. I have never had any problems trying to get an appointment and all the staff are friendly to me and my pet, which is what you want to see and know that you pet is in good hand and that they really care.

First brought one of my dogs to this vets 7 years ago and quickly transferred the rest of my animals here. They have always been fantastic, whether itβs been chronic conditions, check ups or coming to our home to put a dog down. Raluca in particular is an amazing vet. Have recommended this surgery to multiple people and trust them completely. The clinic staff have always been friendly and when I call or pop in with one animal, they always ask after the others and remember their names. The only negative is a shortage of staff manning reception sometimes which can mean waiting or taking a while to answer the phone. But this is down to a shortage of staff and not due to any of the staff working there.
