   I had an emergency with mu pup yesterday morning rang North Weald who were wonderful said bring h er straight away, on arrival met lovely receptionist who was calm and caring and taken in to see the vet.Lovely vet reassured both me and Lola!!thorough examination spoke about treatment,cam away feeling so positive and thankfully Lola back to her happy self.Thank you North Weald vets for all your help.

   We previously used another local practice for our old cat, where we often faced various issues. Since switching to North Weald Vets with our two new kittens a year ago, I couldn’t be happier.    My 6 month old puppy suddenly collapsed at home yesterday . I brought her straight up but she was very poorly.in possible anaphylactic shock. She was deteriorating rapidly so needed to go to the RVC for specialist care urgently. They said she needed a pet ambulance to take her as she may not survive the journey. I tried but couldn’t get one quickly and time was running out for her. I came to the practice to take her myself but as her condition was so critical and she needed meds on the way Emma wouldn’t let me take her and instead drove her there herself with a nurse looking after her ! This was at potters bar so not a quick journey in rush hour on the M25. I’m happy to say that my puppy survived and came home the today and this was due to the amazing care and above and beyond actions of this amazing practice. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and wouldn’t leave my pets in the care of anyone else. Forever grateful to them for saving my puppy’s life. Well done Emma and all the team.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Both my cats went into be spayed, they were given a head cone with no alternative as no recovery suits in stock. One of the cats was stuffed tightly into a suit that was at least two size too small, her tail and legs stuffed in we had a 15 min car journey home without noticing and her meowing thinking it was from stress of being in the car but it was because she was uncomfortable in the suit!!! We had to physically cut the suit to relieve her discomfort. We called the surgery and they said there was no alternative and they weren’t even sorry about what had happened.

   First time using them for my cat who has a serious heart condition. Pricing was good compared to other vets, giving me a reason to travel a tiny bit further than I otherwise would. Overall service was great, and my cat came back a much happier boy after his procedure. Staff were all friendly. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time, and the only reason for the delay was due to an emergency admission. Overall a great first experience of this vets. I'll continue using them in the future.

   Recent visit to North Weald Vets was excellent, from the moment you enter the building you are greeted with a warm, professional welcome from Debbie, appointments run on time and Catherine the vet was amazing, treating an on going issue with my dog explaining all options and was extremely professional. I have used North Weald pretty much since they opened many years ago and they have never once lets me or my dogs down. Highly recommend.
