   0 STARS!!!!!! My mum took her 1 and a half year old teacup Pomeranian to this groomers… he is TINY! They were so unbelievably rude. They had him for 5 hours! When my mum called to ask if he was okay the man was frustrated. He told my mum it would be £38, when she turned up to collect him 5 hours later he changed the price to £50! He was kept in a cage for 5 hours! When my mum handed the man the £50 he just walked off and didn’t say anything. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!

   Terrible groomers, I have not taken my dog in years but still hear awful things they have continued to do. Apart from my dog constantly coming back with cuts and bruises, They once gave me the wrong dog and had misplaced my bichon frise to another home.

   Never taking my dog back there again. He is a Cavapoo. When I originally phoned, to ask how much a cut was for a small Cavapoo they told me £48. I took him at 10am for his groom. Tell me why at 1 o’clock the women said to me on the phone he’s going in for his bath now… I was so angry. ‘3 hours’!!! He had been waiting in a cage for. I didn’t get to pick him up until, just before 5. He had been there for nearly 7 hours. When I got there, they said to me ‘As his mats were really bad I’m going to have to charge you extra’… ‘£68’!!!!!!!! Are you joking? I literally paid and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I thought that was a joke and the woman was so rude to me on the phone, when I asked if he’s nearly ready at 1 o’clock.

   I am very pleased with the service received and my dogs groom. My dog is very nervous with grooming but with Shaun’s calmness my dog came out wagging his tail :) Shaun called to give me an update mid groom too which was great! Excellent service and they are now my regular groomers.

   If I could I wouldn't give any stars. We took our 10 month old puppy here the salon has been recomended by my lovely neighbour who also takes his toy poodle here (his grooming immaculate for some reason....). Fair enough My dog had some knots (we've been on the beach and he loves the sea) and we agreed that he has to go short. For the amount of money and time (over 5 hrs) the quality of the service was unbelivable and not in a good sense. It was uneven, he has been cut several times (under his armpit, paws, ear..). Overall my dog looked very traumatized and since he sees a groomer he's shaking.

   My mum took her 2 small dogs in for a full groom. The dogs were taken in at 7am and weren’t ready to pick up til 1pm! The poor things were basically just shaved from head to toe, they looked awful. It wasn’t a groom, it was a wash and full shave! Will never be taking any dog there again, I was so shocked when I saw what had been done to those poor dogs. They get brushed everyday so it wasn’t as if they were matted so had to be shaved.
