Every year me and my family come to this hotel and enjoy our stay. This year it was not the case. When I had arrived at my room it was cold I thought it was the AC but turns out the window was wide open? Later on i had gone to sit on my bed, not only did it have crumbs but there was dirt on it. When I looked at the walls there was multiple nail marks engraved onto the walls, poor painting, dirt stains and sharpies drawn all over. The desk that was supposed to be clean had all sorts of dirt scattered on it including a bit of foil which I had to clean off. The towel had a stain on it aswell. Their dental hygiene pack is quite expensive but that wasnt much of a problem. Everytime I arrive to this hotel i like to eat at the restaurant in the section called 'cookhouse and pub' but this year unfortunately I couldn't do that. Their food is nice but I had gotten into a disagreement with the staff, instead of customer service they had proceeded to handle it the wrong way with attitude. Even the manager had spoken in an extremely rude tone and unprofessionally. The staff were inattentive and neglected my table shouting at us from across their counter to "get our meal at the table" instead of serving us. I left more disappointed than ever at the utter disrespect I had faced.

Thank you, Marjan, for taking such good care of everything during our hotel stay. The overnight experience was well organized, and your support made it very pleasant. I truly appreciate your effort and kindness.

Lovely little hotel with food in the attached pub. We had a premier plus accessible room which gets you a fridge and coffee machine as well as kettle, iron and hairdryer. Ours was an accessible bath rather than a shower. Also get free internet for duration of stay which was fast enough to watch streaming services and surf the net well. The downside I find with all these types of hotel is accessible rooms are usually a fair distance from the entrance and usually not on the ground floor which I find a little disconcerting if there’s a fire or something requiring evacuation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, and everything was well-organized. What really stood out, though, was the reception — both Marjan annd Dora were incredibly kind, funny, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even helped me into the lift as I had a few bags!! They both made check-in smooth and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Don't forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Was a perfect base for working at the London Film Studios. We did upgrade to a premier plus room as would be there 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Reception staff were helpful with extending our stay and making sure the room was kept refreshed.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my daughter and her family, who were visiting from New Zealand. We had rooms which were really nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting other family members who live in North London. Although located in a business area we found this hotel to be very quiet and with an excellent night's sleep. There is even quite a bit of vegetation around the hotel which helps to make it more pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, very comfortable in every way, quite spacious and with all the mod cons one could need. The restaurant next door where we had breakfast on site was also very nice. Premier Inn always in touch following efficient booking with suggestions to check in online. My only slight complaint is that the room was tucked away in a corner of the building and overlooked a flat roof of a wall.

Stayed 1 night. On arrival we only had one set of towels in the room. Collected another one from reception. Next morning went to make a cup of tea, no tea bags only 2 coffees. I found the pillow uncomfortable, but that's just my preference. We stayed with some family members, when comparing room rates ours was £91, they paid £62. Prices should be all the same. Other than than enjoyed our stay.
