   First and foremost I want to say that these are not the same owners that were running the place up until 2020, as I've read some awful reviews about the state of the place before they took over after that. I scoured the reviews before making my first purchase to ensure this was the right place, and apart from one neg review saying the shop smelled bad (there was a previous sewer issue along the row of shops, beyond the shop's control), the rest were good since the new owners took over. Jason, Faye and the team have clearly turned this place around to something wonderful! I've been in at least 10x since early July. No smell, the shop is clean, spacious and the animals well-cared for in clean enclosures. We have never owned insects or reptiles. My first purchase was 2x Giant African Millipedes, and the service, knowledge and aftercare gave me the confidence to return and purchase our beautiful Corn Snake (Norah) 2 weeks later. We then returned a few weeks after that and purchased our beautiful Super-Pastel Yellow-Belly Ball Python, Bella! I had fallen down the rabbit-hole of online snake forums and compiled a list of all the products I'd read that I'd need. They could have made a fortune out of me but instead Jason was completely honest that I didnt need a lot of what was on there. Both snakes and the milipedes are thriving using the care advice given. I highly recommend Crews Hill Reptiles.

   Came in to ask questions on dealing with my adopted dwarf boa snake. Got great information and advice. Clearly knowledgeable and caring of wellbeing of reptiles. Bought food for snake which was shockingly cheaper than what I pay my local pet shop. Well worth the trip.

   Purchased a leopard gecko this afternoon for my daughter’s birthday, went for the whole set up and enclosure deal. never had a reptile before and the help and advice I received from my them was truly remarkable. The enclosure was set up for me and all cables clipped and attached to a high standard everything required was provided and at a very reasonable price. The owner was so helpful and professional and was very knowledgeable on everything that was required to provide my daughters new gecko a forever home. I cannot thank you guys enough. You really have made her birthday very special Many thanks

   Almost a year ago, I adopted my first two leopard geckos from this shop. I remember being fearful of getting their basic husbandry wrong, and causing them harm, but their staff were quick to advise and reassure me. The staff here are patient, passionate, and helpful, just as they were on the day of the adoption. They are also always eager to know how the geckos are doing! Thank you, always!

   Cannot recommend this team enough. Wonderful support with our poorly leopard tortoise. Spot on advice and all the staff are genuinely caring and helpful towards both us and our animals. Will not be going elsewhere in the future.

   Fantastic shop with really helpful, knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of reptiles in stock, as well as enclosures and equipment. Both staff members dedicated a lot of time to my family, answering our questions and providing advice. Will definitely be visiting again and buying from here.

   I come here a few times a year and this time I was taking pictures are recording because the reptiles looks cool. Afterwards we went to the crickets there were in a plastic box and then I was with my friend she said why dose he have his hood up recording. And I found that very offensive. Never coming here again

   I purchased a professional set-up and a baby bearded dragon. Staff are really friendly and helpful. If I have any worries I call them and they advise what to do. This shop is a very professional shop and the staff go above and beyond to help. I am so glad I purchased my new pet from them, and would recommend them to anybody that I know that wants to purchase a reptile. Just like to say thanks.
