fantastic shop and staff !! The owner couldn’t do enough for you even though it was packed in there, he dissembled a big cage I wanted as he didn’t have any in stock. Ollie is very happy in he’s new home. Very happy customer

Me and my girlfriend spent 5 years figuring out which parrot would be best for us. We ended up buying a ringneck privately and it turned out to be a nightmare. He loved me but hated our kids and my girlfriend was petrified of him.. After visiting another well known bird breeders and not having a very welcoming experience we decided to phone Enfield bird centre and was really happy with the way we talked on the phone so we decided to visit the shop. We arrived and was instantly greeted by 2 of the workers there, really kind guys and very easy to talk to, one of the lads showed us all around the shop, told us which birds where best around children and which birds where abit nippy, Me and my girlfriend fell in love with 2 latino galah cockatoos and really couldn't decide which one to go for, at this point we had to leave the shop to back home and get our kids from school.. After some talks with the manager, he agreed to re open the shop for us so we could bring our 4 children down to meet the brother and sister. We arrived again in the evening to meet Trevor and he was great, we went to the big walk in cage and spent time with both birds figuring out which one would chose our family, Our cockatoo Rosie chose us.. Shes amazing and really is a silly tame family bird.. I would recommend anyone to Trevor at the Enfield bird centre. The service we received was above and beyond. Very informative and friendly, easy to talk with, staff are very laid back and kind. We will be visiting the shop again in the future.. Thankyou everyone at The Enfield Bird centre. Much love Brandon, Amie, Matthew, Isla, Reggie, Shelby, and Rosie too ❤️

We bought a budgie just over 3 weeks ago. He had a wheezing sound we noticed as soon as we brought him home but seemed otherwise happy and fine. Yesterday he was fine in the morning then just after lunch we found him dead in his cage. Very unexpected. I wrapped him up paper towel and placed him in a box to bury today. When I went to look at him this morning there were tiny bugs crawling all over the paper towel. I think they must be mites and would explain why his breathing sounded off. We phoned Enfield Bird Centre for advice and they blamed us. They said it’s bc the cage was in the kitchen. The cage is not in the kitchen, it’s in the lounge in the extension but as it’s open plan the kitchen is next to the lounge and my husband did inform them of this. They insisted this was the problem and that the bugs have nothing to do with them as they say they treat all their birds every week. I only know what I know. We don’t have bugs in our house, the bird came to us this way. Things happen and if they had responded sympathetically I would think it may be an unfortunate one-off. But because they immediately became aggressive and defensive and accused us of causing the problem my instincts tell me it’s probably a problem with the seller. I would advise avoiding this seller.

Really reliable seller, the best place for birds and cages. I got my ring neck parakeet there and I always come back and the owner gives me a tone of advise .

Very impressive, with expert staff who are passionate about and care for the Birds in this bright spacious warehouse with everything you need, it's just across the road from Crews Hill Station in Enfield/Herts which is a 20-30 minute journey from London Moorgate, We 100% recommended Enfield Bird Centre as Excellent. There's also other pet and garden stores here, plus restaurants and a Pub which makes a great family day out in the Country but so close to London.
