   The room was not clean on arrival, which was very disappointing, packet of broken biscuits under the bed. More importantly the cot bed provided was broken and unusable. It was stained and my 4 month old granddaughter could not sleep in it. This caused significant inconvenience and stress, particularly as we were travelling with a child. These are basic standards that we expect to be met during a paid stay. Someone had smoked cigarettes and the corridor smelt. The manager said they use robot hoovers, what a joke. The room smelt musty & cheesy. Complained and offered a few breakfast next time I stay. I will never stay in a travel lodge again. Disappointed

   Location is only good thing as it’s close to family. Everything else AVOID! I wasn’t expecting the Ritz BUT I’d expect it to be CLEAN at bare minimum. Our room smelt of cheesy feet like wow!!!!! We booked a family room as travelling with a 4 month baby during Xmas time to see family. Moved the single bed to find a packet of opened biscuits all over the floor and the packed full of biscuits. Clearly no such thing as a hoover was used. Then the cot for the baby was all stained and dirty, so had to make a safe co sleep in the bee instead. It was 11pm and we was tired so just make it work, baby was tired and crying. Next morning told the manager ( her badge said manger) and all she was said was oh sorry did you tell someone last night? We said no as was too tired with a crying baby plus there is no phone in room so you’d have to go downstairs to talk to someone lol. ALSO when we was leaving the entire 4th floor smelt of cigarettes which wasn’t great as I had my baby in pram and I have bag asthma. We also told her this she said she would check it out. AVOID. AINT WORTH IT. Dirty dirty place. Oh and the excuse for the biscuits all over the floor is that they use robotic hoovers now. STOP BEING CHEAP AND GET STAFF TO CLEAN PROPERLY.

   Not the best experience here if you get help from the council, because you had to sue your landlord... Over many years finally being helped because they ignored the disrepair in your property, that you had to live in. And then on top of that have staff like Rebecca and mercy be rude to you because you gained this reward I wouldn’t attend here. Also I found that the rooms had bugs so had to move rooms on multiple occasions. If you have an adapted room be prepared to have alarms ringing off your ear to check the fire alarm every Wednesday. Morning bright and early.Best make sure you’re out so they can most likely go through your belongings. Also who would have thought the staff making my food would be threatening me that "she cooks %80 of my food so I best watch what I say." I recorded this because in the past she has been very rude towards me and I needed evidence to back my statement. I will upload the recording as a video. However Google won’t allow me to post the video. There was staff who were wonderful and made my experience more enjoyable valanteano, Denis and many more. Would I stay here again no. Absolutely not! Oh wait another thing PARKING TICKETS!!!. We registered our car and all the paperwork was done, however… about 50 parking tickets! Came through the post! I don’t know what kinda scammers they employ at Travelodge I’m not paying non. Also not sure why but ilona pressuring me to write a review for weeks. Weird practice. Oh and did I mention the bed had piss stains. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Don’t even bother sending a email to complain you just get a basic response from Elena E. With no follow up / update.

   Disappointed and Disgusting! Everyone that checked in after 8pm was given ground floor rooms (usually reserved for customers with mobility issues) Room smelt awful and on asking for a change of rooms was told the room was fine and there was no smell! This hotel has a history of housing homeless people and we saw a few on the ground floor. Had to pay an extra £46 on top of the £50 paid online to get the room changed to the third floor . Avoid this and go to the travel lodge Cheshunt

   Temperature in room did not change, seeping through the walls, too hot at night. Lack of soap/ sanitiser inside toilet. Cutlery and plates not properly cleaned for breakfast. Untrained staff, will treat you like one of the homeless unless you have family. If your looking for below basic in the Enfield area, this is the place.

   Receptionist (older male) extremely rude with an attitude absolutely not appropriate for serving customers. Shower was not clean, no soap, really unhygienic conditions. The bed was ok, but the room decor itself was far from inviting, doors were extremely loud, carpet was dirty. I would never eat there as I have already tried the Travelodge food before and it is just terrible. I would not recommend staying there.

   Hotel needs a good deep clean. The bathroom was not clean enough. The carpet in the room is filthy. Hotel has a musty smell. Breakfast very poor. Hot food left uncovered and was unattended most of the time. Children were running around the food and helping themselves. A lot of noise outside at night so could not sleep. Staff are friendly though.

   No hot water during entire stay, suggested it was a new issue when we checked in then found it had been two days. We have found other guests who saw the manager on checking out and got a full refund, she wasn't there when we complained and boy on reception just shrugged. To complain to customer service is 13p per minute with service charges on top. I've finally found an email address and been told its 5 days for response, I hold out no hope

   Pros: The room was nice and spacious. We liked bed and area of location. The breakfast was good and a pretty good selection for a really good price. Front desk were efficient and helped us out with checking our bags in early Affordable Cons: - We didn’t have hot water during the 3 day stay we had. - The bar service was terrible. First off the girl there took so long to take our order. Then they took our half full drinks from our table and disposed of. I then went to re-order the cocktail and hot drink they took and let them know what happened - to which I had to remind them to make 25 minutes later as we still had not received them and they were watching the soccer. We received our main meals 1 hour later and our dessert 50 minutes after that. We tried to find a manager but apparently there was not a single manager in at the time. - Not enough toiletries or cleaning. We didn’t have our room touched up and we had 1 toilet paper roll for the 3 days because everytime we asked for another one they said they would add it in when they got to our room… they never got to our room.
