   Good points ~ it appears pretty clean. Now the rest- how this place gets any good reviews here is beyond me. Check in - via text message and key box with added threat that late check out will be charged at £15 an hour. Not a problem for us we wanted to lease ASAP. Rooms - this is a converted house and not in any way a hotel or decent B&B Bed - very small double bed that if you do get any sleep serves as a torture board. Curtains are paper thin (but at least they match the walls in this sense) so all light is gloriously let in. Noise - being located next to the front door we may as well have greeted every guest as we could hear every action and conversation. As for the idiot upstairs that decided to walk constantly back and forth at 3a.m, thanks! I hope you enjoyed your stay, at least you snored through the early hours of the morning. Room was located on the street next to a bus stop, yes you can hear everything on street level. The host did leave some cereal to eat, but no milk to actually have it with, helpful! As you the reader can probably understand I would suggest you avoid this place at all cost. You have been warned!

   8 mins walk to tube in to London , near to Enfield town centre, amenities were good Kathleen house was clean, comfy bed, ideal for over night stays, we stayed for 5 nights , staff very helpful & friendly. Would recommend.

   We enjoyed our stay. It's a good base for a London holiday. Short walk to the overground railway station and train service into central london. Short walk to the high street with a good range of shops and banks. The single room had a small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and double bed and other furniture. The kitchenette had a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Fruit juice, milk, butter, and jam were in the fridge. A tray with breakfast food of cereals, tea bags, and coffee was provided. The breakfast foods were replenished each morning by room service. The manager was available via phone and was really helpful when we phoned with questions. The staff were friendly and helpful. En suite bathroom had a walk-in shower with shower gel and 2 large bath towels and 1 small towel and toilet roll provided. The electric shower worked really well and had a good flow rate. The double bed had a firmish mattress which I found comfortable. The room was quiet at night. I slept well. Would definitely recommend a stay.

   My husband and I stayed for four weeks from March to April at Kathleen House Plus, it was like being at home. Friendly attentive staff, always willing to help, and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable, and comfortable. The manager and staff were always approachable. Well situated in a pleasant location, with very good access for transport, restaurants, and shops. Wonderful relaxing stay. Definitely stay again . NS

   Room was not too clean. Fan very dusty. Base of bedside lamp dusty. Long black hairs on floor. Very impersonal. I am 83 and had to lug a heavy suitcase up and down stairs. food supply was good except for last day day of my stay when my room was not serviced though I left just after 10 am.

   I was working in London for a couple of days and I'm always worried about booking accommodation but found I had no need to be when I arrived here. Well looked after, clean rooms with en-suite shower, microwave, fridge, TV, Iron, with free parking at the rear. Cereals provided for breakfast. Really comfortable stay and will certainly book again whenever working in London. 100% recommended

   I booked a room for my mom and sister to stay for 15 days and they had an overall very good experience for the price and what is available in the area! The facilities (fridge, microwave, cupboard and sink for dishes) make it a lot more worth it than the nearest hotel. I would definitely recommend it! Jermaine, the manager, is also very approachable and very fast to answer any queries.

   Clean, comfortable ensuite room with kitchenette and light breakfast provided. Very convenient location for visiting our family in Enfield. We stayed for 3 weeks in a room facing away from Baker street, which was always quiet. We hardly noticed other guests coming and going either. Will be back later in the year.
