   I just left this store in Enfield and I felt so bad. The girl I went to pay was super cold. I said hi and she just ignored me. I thanked her right after paying and she didn't even respond. I felt embarrassed and poorly treated.

   Really good store, well stocked with friendly staff. Today I was served by Jason who was lovely and helped me place an online order for home delivery. I got to pay for it in store too which is great especially for those who pay in cash. He made everything easy and really brightened my day. Great service as always!

   Went in for some kitchen utensils and found exactly what I was looking for. There was a half price sale today, don't know how much longer it'll last for, but items I would have gotten for almost £40 was down to £18 and good quality products too. I now know where to go and feel the quality before paying, rather than spending same price for some online virtual stuff that only last 8 months when it gets delivered, not mentioning names.

   I was hunting for muffin moulds and the store doesn't do them anymore. The sales assistant Carol answered my question and also suggested a solution. Her advise was excellent, and I went back to the store to thank her. It's not often you receive great service, but being an ex Territory Manager you recognise good service that requires recognition.

   This is an excellent shop stocking good quality house and garden products. I recently bought a new kettle to replace my existing one. I got one which suited my requirements at a reasonable price and am happy with my choice. The shop also sold weed killer which I needed for my garden so I didn't need to search elsewhere for this. I would recommend this retail outlet for its products.
