“Albany Radio Enfield is a blessing to the area and community. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and the service they provide is truly exemplary and unrivalled, you just won't find it in any of the big stores. The fact that it's a local family owned business that I can trust and recommend without hesitation is a massive massive relief. Went in there to get advice about our ageing fridge freezer and Allan is such a good listener he spent like a good hour with me going over the different models and features, all I get is honest truthful advice and even tips how to fix our old one but it needed replacing so I ordered with them. The fridge that arrived had a small dent in it and without hesitation, hassle or worry the good man himself Robin straight away reordered us a new one which he delivered today. The whole team is amazing, if you need advice on anything just give them a call or pop in you won't regret it. I'm a very critical and picky person and I never hesitate to call something out if I don't like it but every part of our interaction with them has been delightful. “We had our new kitchen designed and ordered by the Enfield branch. We talked to many kitchen providers, but it appeared that Wren is a big company and would provide (as they did) support when needed, especially for replacement parts (always remember to use the app!). The units/products are fairly priced for this quality. Having Jiyan as our designer was a game-changer, as we changed the design a few times, but Jiyan was very creative and experienced. Together, we delivered what you can see in the images. We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks for everything!”

“I have had my bambach chair for well over a decade. I purchased it from this company and have had it serviced by this company. I work in Dentistry and this chair has endured alot. I have had it reupholstered in a two tone colour. Regassed, new base and new wheels. The customer service has been exceptional especially recently from Felicia she went above and beyond in helping me. I would not work without my bambach and should this bambach expire I would buy another from this company. If you are considering buying one watch the YouTube videos, get one on free trial you will not regret the decision. If you have a back problem it will effect you being able to work this is a preventive tool. Highly recommend this company and I think it's really good value. I was expecting the base to be so much more expensive than it was, it came with free postage the next day.”
