   Absolutely first class service from Howdens Brimsdown. Kasra was amazing he designed our kitchen with care and attention to detail, we gave him our budget and he stuck to the budget. Kasra was answered our queries promptly and was always reactive. I cannot recommend Howdens enough from design to delivery, care was taken at every step of our new kitchen.    needed a part for a howdens tap was told by a lovely lady that they don't stock tap inserts but she kindly looked up who did on her pc and we would have to order off internat, we need more people like this in shops and business.

   I purchased engineered wood flooring from Howdens (Enfield branch) in April 2025, largely based on the product imagery online. The promotional photos showed a beautiful, consistent dark oak tone, which gave us full confidence in our selection. Unfortunately, the product that arrived bore little resemblance to those images. While I understand that natural wood includes some variation, this flooring presented four to five dramatically different shades—from very light to almost black—making the installation look completely mismatched. The extent of variation was nowhere near what was implied by the photos, which remained unchanged even after I raised the issue. To make matters worse, the order was delivered to the wrong address and left outside overnight. We weren't able to inspect the flooring before fitting began. Howdens offered one replacement pack, but that only made things worse due to the lighter tone. I raised a formal complaint, but aside from citing a manufacturing “fuming process”—which was never explained prior—they declined to take any meaningful responsibility. Marketing was “made aware,” yet nothing has changed. I would strongly advise others to view this product in person and not rely on the website images. What you see may not be what you get.

   Google Review: I’ve given this review a one star rating not just because of my experience at the Enfield depot, but due to a wider issue within Howdens. The company’s National Contract Manager, who operates within the Howdens Contracting division, is insufferable from a professional standpoint. Fortunately, many customers may never have to deal with him, but my experience has been so negative that I feel compelled to give one star. As a procurement manager I would always flip a Howdens spec and the level of poor service and bad attitude I’ve encountered has led me to vow never to visit a Howdens again. In fact, I would actively discourage others from doing so. Having visited multiple branches, I’ve noticed a recurring issue, while not all employees are problematic, those in leadership roles often display terrible attitudes, which inevitably filter down through the company. In my professional opinion, Howdens Joinery fosters one of the worst workplace cultures I’ve encountered. A company’s culture is shaped from the top down, and when leadership sets a poor example, it affects the entire business. While I acknowledge that there are good people working at Howdens, the overarching culture is unwelcoming, and that’s why I cannot recommend them or buy their kitchens or products.

   Been to a few Howdens locations but this is by far the best one when it comes to service levels. It's my local one so the one I use most often and the team are super friendly, patient and always go above and beyond when handling the orders.

   I am currently having my kitchen installed. However although someone from Wren came to my house and measured followed by me attending appointment with Kitchen designer,and planed the kitchen paid in cash, but the kitchen which delivered on 24 June has not yet been fitted due to first. The worktop was wrong size and Wren replaced it. But now the cabinets are wrong. I haven't been able to use my kitchen since 27th June nor fridge or freezer or washing machine. I am so disapoited and frustrated. I don't know what is going to happen. I need help.
