   Popped in grabbed my click and collect order and left... In and out in 10 minutes or so perfect! Sadly in a few months this store will no longer exist as homebase has gown bust. I wish all the staff luck with their new ventures!

   An impressed shoutout to Charlie for his dedicated customer service. After initially calling the Waltham Cross store and being told by someone else that an item wasn’t in stock (despite their system saying it was), Charlie took the time to find my mobile number and phone me back to say that he found the item and would hold it for me until I could get there. I was completely blown away by his care and attention. That’s how customer service should be! A real WOW moment! Charlie should be recognised and acknowledged for this great customer service.

   We actually went into the new Aldi store. It's a little smaller, but it's EXTREMELY clean and tidy, very well organised. The lady who helped us at the self service was an absolute darling! She is young, so if she sees this, please know you're a lovely young lady. My son thought you were so kind and friendly too. Much better than the Hoddesdon store!

   Ordered some sale garden ornaments online. Quick response with the message to pick up goods. Went quite early, excellent customer service. Bought an additional item in store which also happened to be reduced so a very happy customer. The sales assistant even got me a trolley to wheel out my goods.

   Went to homebase to get some bibs and bobs so just got a basket.Saw a small tree, that was on sale and said will get it after,on the way back to the tills.The lady that works there,came near the small tree section and put discount sign on that section, and when I asked her about it,she showed the best tree and got a trolley without us even asking her to,So helpful,Thank you.Also quick transaction at tills.

   All staff friendly and helpful. If an item is out of stock they help you to order it. Dogs allowed and the staff love them. My dog wants to go everyday and doesn't understand why doors are closed when store is shut! Good prices and store layout.
