   I would like to express my appreciation for the great staff at B&Q chingford. Their friendliness, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out during my visit. As I deliberated over my choices and sought advice on various types of paint, both Alyna and another gentleman provided exceptional guidance. They were incredibly knowledgeable and never rushed me, which made the experience all the more pleasant. The customer service I received was truly excellent.    Velu was brilliant, super helpful and friendly. He walked me around everywhere to help me find what I was looking for and gave me recommendations. Anthony however, states that you need a British passport or ID to be verified. This is incorrect. All forms of ID are correct in this country. Doesn't even make sense that I can buy wood filler if I'm English but not if I'm French.

   The lady on the till was on her phone the whole time. Tried to ask for help as some of the items were not going through the scanner and I was ignored. Had to ask her a few times before she left her phone and helped me. I asked for a bag and told me to get it myself on the other side. I couldn’t see it so I came back again to ask her and yet she was busy on her phone again and ignored me.

   Absolutely horrendous service. Popped in to see tiles today and wasted half an hour asking someone to help with identifying a tile and getting pricing to order. Staff members were walking by saying they didn't know or were with a customer. A boy from checkout took a picture of the tile in question and went to check with a staff member but came back saying that b&q do not supply the tile. I asked him why are there sample tiles laid out and he said he thought I brought it in? Clearly didnt listen to the fact that I wanted to know the name and get pricing! He then proceeded to scan a label which clearly wasn’t the tile I wanted to find the name of but still confirmed he was right and then ran out to have a cigarette. If it was that tile I wouldn't have needed any help. Because he ran out I went over to checkout to a lady who rudely told me she is only on checkout. Ended up walking out and going home.

   It's ok this B&Q cos it's not too crowded. Also it's very small . But I found the shower rail to my incredible surprise. I couldn't believe it bruv.
