The worst place to every buy a kitchen from the staff don’t have a clue of what they are selling and not do they know to measure up a kitchen… I originally went into store in early september after a lot back and fourth my kitchen was finally delivered on the 16th Nov on the day of delivery there was no communication as to what time they will come and when they came to delivery they realised that it wasn’t everything and that some thing would be delivered the next day, my fitters started to put the kitchen in place and soon found out that the unit sent made up a different size as to what was originally planned and that some unit where cover power points not matching up to existing pipe work etc that said another point to note was that I was never sent any final plans or a receipt of my kitchen. The above is just the surface of issues I have face there is soo much more I can say about this poor company as to date I still haven’t had a response to my official complaint that was made in December, just shows how much they value there customers. Wren & Howdens are so much better and would advise anyone looking to purchase a kitchen from Benchmarx no to and think twice before paying the price.
