   Albany Radio Enfield is a blessing to the area and community. I can wholeheartedly recommend them and the service they provide is truly exemplary and unrivalled, you just won't find it in any of the big stores. The fact that it's a local family owned business that I can trust and recommend without hesitation is a massive massive relief. Went in there to get advice about our ageing fridge freezer and Allan is such a good listener he spent like a good hour with me going over the different models and features, all I get is honest truthful advice and even tips how to fix our old one but it needed replacing so I ordered with them. The fridge that arrived had a small dent in it and without hesitation, hassle or worry the good man himself Robin straight away reordered us a new one which he delivered today. The whole team is amazing, if you need advice on anything just give them a call or pop in you won't regret it. I'm a very critical and picky person and I never hesitate to call something out if I don't like it but every part of our interaction with them has been delightful. Thank you to all the team and I will be back and sending people your way for sure from now on!

   Excellent friendly service, would definitely recommend and use again. Our fridge freezer broke down and within less than 24 hours a new one was delivered and saving us the loss of all the food that was in the old freezer.

   March 2020. Thank you for the excellent service from the team at Albany Radio. They very kindly ordered delivered and installed as Washer Dryer (3rd floor flat) within 3 days. Not only this, they also resolved a couple of other connection issues made by the previous installer without any charge. A very thoughtful and considerate team. Thank you Mason, Allan and Robin and the rest of the team there.

   Having bought a fridge freezer in store from Albany Radio Enfield many years ago and being happy with their service, I ordered our first dishwasher with them a few months ago. Again I was very happy with the politeness and helpfulness of their staff not only in the the shop but also the staff delivering my appliance. Would definitely recommend and use again.

   Family run business, with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Good prices aswell and offer relatively quick delivery. Great to support local businesses like this, especially when prices are similar to the big shops and customer service/after care on another level. Really useful if you're not sure of what appliance to get. I usually get Bosch, which they stock in abundance.
