We were searching online for a Chromebook for our daughter for Xmas, but didn’t really know the right one to choose, so we went to the store instead. A very nice Google salesman there run us through all the options and directed us to the perfect laptop that met our requirements. The Chromebook was £100 cheaper than what it was online and was perfect specs for what we needed. Very happy that we bought in store and pleased with our purchase!

Staff will never come and ask you if you need help. I spent 20 minutes looking for a particular SD card, for some reason they have them spread out around the shop. I was looking in one section and a staff member was right next to me scanning barcodes or something abd just ignored me. Most shops the staff would be straight over to see what your looking for or if they could help. It's always like that here. There probably only still open because it's the last type of shop one the high street that sell computers, TVs etc... that you can go and look at

We had a wonderful experience at Currys Enfield a couple of weeks ago, whilst buying a fridge. We were served by Abdul-10/10-Abdul. He was courteous, knowledgable and accommodating. His kindness went down a treat with my family and I. Even when the till upstairs was not able to do what was needed, he escorted us downstairs and ensured we completed our transaction and gave us all of our paperwork with additional information. He is an amazing employee and we just want to say thank you once again for the amazing service!

We bought a Heat pump condenser dryer in Currys, Southbury Road, Enfield in December 2025. We found the visual displays of the products to be very helpful in finalising our choice. At the checkout, payment and choosing a delivery time and date to suit was easy as there were various time slots to choose from. Delivery was excellent. Those are positives. HOWEVER, our experience with the sales assistant, 'Abdul 10' changed when we declined to take out the extra warranty/insurance cover. He became visibly annoyed, spoke in a quite passive aggressive manner to us about our refusal to take out the extra cover. He practically insisted that we needed to take out the extra cover as if we had had this cover on our old (20+ years) , broken dryer, all we would have needed to do was come in to the store and he would have provided a new dryer to us at no cost !!!!! This is a completely untrue statement and is utterly false advertising. Bear in mind that our old dryer lasted for 21 years so it had more than served us well. At all times, we were polite and firm in our dealings with 'Abdul 10', but equally once we communicated our wish to NOT take out the extra cover/warranty, that should have been IMMEDIATELY RESPECTED. Instead he tried several times to pressurise us to take out the extra cover/warranty. It left us feeling somewhat stressed over how a simple payment/delivery instruction transaction turned out to be so needlessly difficult. Currys staff should give customers the information ONCE about the extra cover/warranty and NOT PRESSURE them into taking out additional cover by repeatedly suggesting it's better for them to take this out. Our interaction with 'Abdul 10' completely spoiled what should have been a pleasant trip to Currys. Additional training may be helpful to some staff in this matter. Thank you.

Please can the Customers realise this store staff isn't the issue. Case in point the person below making unjust remarks. The store doesn't have enough staff!! You will see customers shouting and screaming, yet dont understand the dynamic of the store. The person below stating people went upstairs, they was people that dont know nothing about fridge or cookers and now ha e left customers waiting hours downstairs!!! I have spoken to the people in this store. The entitled fickle nature of customers is unbearable. Come.to my own business and start screaming and I will throw you out and banned from the store. Yet the staff get abused by customers, not knowing that this store is severely understaffed!! I went there, to the store, and it was busy, they didnt have enough staff, I realise that easily, knowing retail well these days. The staff did not stop.working, I see it. Its not their fault. Stop the abuse and entitled nature. Its getting embarrassing. I see it in different retail stores. The entitlement snowflakes crying about things and than lying!!! How would they like it if customers start screaming and its not their fault?? I saw another customer on here remark, Currys pick out defective Laptops from the manufacturer and sell it on purpose, ergo the store staff are selling it purposely defective laptops? Seriously? This is tbe level of customers the retail industry is dealing with.

Went to Curry’s e field. All I wanted was to Ask a worker where to find the correct kettle And toaster so I would buy it. Simple. His answer was “go ask someone else” Very rude staff. I walked out.

Absolutely shocking, Store Manager clearly needs training on customer service. Does not articulate the right behaviours, body language or show a duty of care to his customers. Was interested in purchasing a duel cooker but found it cheaper else where, saw the sign instore they do price match from any UK online or store base. Thought great will get from here if this is the case. When the Manager was questioned he said needs to be exactly the same, which the model was but he then stated due to the other company doing next day delivery and them not having it instore he could not offer the price match. I disagreed with his judgement and he told me to refer to the 60 page documentation. Which in my opinion raises question of his management, integrity and understanding of who is the customer and who is the worker. I think the price match policy in Curry's needs to be updated to be including delivery. Short staff, shocking service and poor management. Will not be shopping in this establishment again!

Staff get a ten out of ten , it was a pleasure walking through with the air conditioning blasting on such a warm day. Staff where very helpful and efficient. Took me straight to where I needed to go. I was not happy with the price I paid for the item I needed. 15 pound is way too expensive for a 2 pin power cable.
