We purchased our new Rangemaster cooker and Siemens fridge freezer from AP in September 2023. The team were very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us excellent input with our kitchen project requirements. We would highly recommend AP, they were a pleasure to deal with and excellent at keeping us updated on our orders progress.
Only went in to compare to AO as I saw Appliance point had opened up on the high street. Ended up getting superior washing machine and dryer (including installation) for less after discussing with the gents at the shop what I am after. The service was top notch during the buying process but what was really impressive was the exceptional aftercare. One of the machines had a slight issue with the display (as sometimes can happen), I reported it to Appliance Point who said they will take care of it. Within no time at all they rang to say an engineer from the manufacturer is on the way to repair the fault. After that I received check in calls to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else that they can do which was a really nice touch. 100% recommend!
I dealt with Simon throughout my buying experience, we were after 2x Neff slide and hide ovens and we couldn't get them anywhere, anyway I got in contact with Simon who had two in his warehouse and they were delivered shortly after as we live around 100 miles away from the store. I must say the customer service here is excellent Simon was always on hand to answer any queries and kept us updated throughout in regards to the purchase and delivery. Also Colin the delivery driver was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. I would highly recommend these guys for anything you need, I will be back thanks guys.
I bought a Neff intergrated fridge from Appliance point, and I was very pleased with the personal service I received from Sohail and Omar. They were able to give me a better price than the big chains, and the fridge was delivered personally, with the old one taken away for a small fee. I would recommend using this small business for a convenient and relaxed experience.
Excellent service. After paying for a new washing machine at lunchtime, it was fitted, levelled and the old machine disposed the same day. With 3 hours, I’m fact. Very friendly and went above and beyond to replace our dead machine the same day. Highly recommended.
We bought an integrated washing machine from this store and enjoyed free delivery, installation and disposal of previous machine. We experienced a very good customer service from start to finish. To fit the integrated appliance the store recommended an engineer who skilfully fitted the door. We would happily go back to this store and use their services again for any future purchases.
