    “Only went in to compare to AO as I saw Appliance point had opened up on the high street. Ended up getting superior washing machine and dryer (including installation) for less after discussing with the gents at the shop what I am after. The service was top notch during the buying process but what was really impressive was the exceptional aftercare. One of the machines had a slight issue with the display (as sometimes can happen), I reported it to Appliance Point who said they will take care of it. Within no time at all they rang to say an engineer from the manufacturer is on the way to repair the fault. After that I received check in calls to make sure all was ok and if there was anything else that they can do which was a really nice touch. 100% recommend!”

    “We have been in here a few times and love how many toys and games they have. It is rare to be able to visit such a large and clean toy store, it is much better than just buying from Amazon and not being able to see and try out products. They also have a lot of display of prams and big baby items such as cots, mattresses etc.. The staff we have encountered have always been friendly. Today Tom and Michael helped us and they were very attentive. We did click and collect and that was simple and fast( don’t forget to take ID). They also helped us with some lego queries and we purchased a few toys in store(our inner child were released :)”
