    I called Loughton Argos today regarding an item that showed as in stock at their branch but wouldn’t let me buy it online. Another nearby Argos confirmed that Loughton had stock, so I called hoping they could check and reserve it for me to collect after work. Unfortunately, I was met with a very rude response. The lady on the phone repeatedly told me to “do it online,” even though I was trying to explain that the website wouldn’t allow it. She didn’t listen, refused to check the stock, and abruptly hung up on me. Really disappointing customer service. A simple stock check would have saved a lot of frustration. I expect better from Argos.

    Worst experience ever, come across an Asian Manager have a worst attitude, he didn't even listen to my problem just saying "no go online, do it online, contact customer service, that's not his problem. He doesn't even know policies and customers right, he put me off from Argos, probably I won't shop in Argos ever again.

    Shocking customer service! It's unconscionable that they would employ Usman (manager?) according to the name badge, who's a toxic cocktail of homophobia and misogyny. This should actually be illegal nowadays.
