Never too busy. Always access to the changing rooms. Regularly updating the clothes for seasons. Always has a large sale section for those interested. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their ranges.
I love New look cloth and mostly Blue Vanilla and I always enjoy the sales. I have been their customer for many years. Unfortu ately some months from last year the clothes I bought from them smell of cooking and I had to wash everthing before being able to wear them. There are 2 restaurant there and the smell of oil is disgusting on the clothes. Please do something about this, thank you. The Hemel shop.
I went to store to collect an internet order. It was easy to collect; just wait in line for a cashier to become free. There is a nominal charge for this, perhaps free over a certain amount. My order wasn't money large.
Quite expensive. Staff are average. Great layout, very organised.
Another of my got to go when I visit England once a year. I'm a dress person even during the winter. New Look got the best dresses designs at the best prices since always. I promise. Same thing about shoes. I wear a 43-44 shoes size and they got it there for me too.
Great shop, BUT they seriously need to up their game when it comes to bigger people. We need stylish and colourful clothes and you really need to put the maternity clothes somewhere else, NOT in the section for big people. Other than that, great store. Thanx....
Extremely disturbing and disgusting shop , staff are extremely rude. I was told that I need to wait outside when I’m not trying anything on at the change room when I wanted to also see how the things looked on my friend.But then I was told to walk away because it was ‘the womens’ change room. There isn’t an mans change room at this shop . So backward thinking and I find the staff incompetent . I wouldn’t shop ever here or recommend it to anyone. Place was dirty as hell as well.
Staff very incompetent and not willing to help. I was looking for a specific coat in my size and wanted to check the stock over the phone. I could see online that there were many different sizes still available, just not mine. I also explained that I had just been to a different store and they had the coats in stock but again not in my size. I was told that the coat is no longer available in any store in any size and completely sold out. I appreciate that it could have been the system showing faulty information but I almost had to convince the staff to even check. Not the right attitude.
