   Tried to go to the hemel store and it was dissipointing the shop was closed before the 5.30pm closing time stated! Wasted trip!

   I would not give 1 star for the attitude of the supposedly sort of manager. I took my girlfriend shopping in their for holiday clothes today. We had about 200 pounds worth of clothes to buy. My girlfriend wanted to try the clotbes on but we were advised only 1 item in the changing room at a time or 1 set we had items that would match each other but were separate items. But all the apparent manager had to say was shop policy cannot do it very abruptlyno other answer so we put the clothes down and left . Your shop could of done with a sale of over 200 pound re covid. Hope the bosses of select read this as ypu need to change your shop decision and advise your staff asale is a sale. Maybe further staff training on attitude and about making sales otherwise you will follow the topshop and Debenhams on the high street. We spent our money in tkmaxx and next.

   I love the actual clothes here, but for a quiet shop, the staff can be quite stand off ish and slow to respond. Whenever I buy from here you can guarantee a little wait at the till while they finish what they are tidying before coming to assist you, which I have never understood!
