This is why the high street continues to die. Retail is meant to be about people and a certain standard of service, and I was very disappointed with the staff.

High quality clothes and an added bonus that they cater to shorter and longer leg lengths. Such lovely staff members who go out of their way to help you. I haven’t experienced customer service to this high standard in a long time. Well done to the mint velvet Windsor team!
Had the pleasure of being helped by lovely Sandy. I'm not a local, and was hunting for a jacket which she had so kindly helped with searching online and created an alert for when it's in stock whilst I tried on a few in store today. She went above and beyond, and was extreamly patient and kind. Although I didn't leave with anything this time, she wasn't pushy at all. I was dressed extremely casual, and could have walked out with atleast a few pieces. It was nice to see she had shown no judgement based on my age or apparel. I manage a luxury british Womenswear brand in Belgravia, and understand what top customer service is, this was most definitely up to my standard. The Indian woman Anurit who served me today didn’t seem to be bothered to help me. I was looking for a size L cardigan which she confirmed there was still one in store, she didn’t offer to help to find it for me. Instead she told me to search the shop myself and check the fitting rooms myself. As an Indian woman, I noticed the change of behaviour from her towards other women. She was spending a lot of time helping them and talking to them, offering to order items into store and going the extra mile. With me, she was very short and didn’t seem to want to help me. She then rushed my sale at the till and didn’t even say bye. The treatment I had from Anurit was VERY different to how she served other customers. If you are an Indian woman, I would be cautious about approaching her as she doesn’t seem very friendly towards other Indian women. I am disappointed with her lack of service, as ideally she should have offered to help me find that cardigan. Instead she told me to look for it myself. I looked silly looking into the fitting rooms, ideally a member of staff should be doing that. Disappointing visit here. I do not recommend. Edit: I purchased the cardigan in L on the website, I can understand why online shopping is becoming the preferred choice for people.
Staff here were *amazing* at helping me find something I’d seen in the shop but couldn’t quite remember what it was - went above and beyond to help get the perfect Christmas present!
