   Had a lovely experience today, walked into the store 10 minutes before closing, but the staff was still so welcoming. I was served by Mimi, who offered me great customer service, by working in retail myself, I’m never a fond of other stores customer service but Mimi proved me wrong!

   Such a great store and lovely staff! Especially one of the staff members called Klarice, she helped me find a pair of shoes that I desperately wanted for Christmas and I was so delighted when she assisted me. She was extremely helpful and kind!

   We had great experience here. We had to return few items which we ordered online and in same time we purchased something else. The store is big enough and tidy, all staff members are very nice and polite. They make sure you are approached and if help needed you've been assisted.

   I went for Xmas shopping to Windsor the other day. It was all lovely until I got to new look... Worse customer service I experienced for veeeeery long time... Due to which new look just lost its customer I won't ever again buy there. I don't even know where to start... The girls that work there are horrible their attitude is beyond the joke.... So unhelpful and arrogant when asked if they have certain size I heard "oh I'll have a look in my crystal ball shall I?"... Charming... The other one... Well it's rather embarrassing but she smelled like she didn't change her underwear for at least a week... And the other one shouted at my daughter making her cry, that was enough for us we left the shop...
