Shop has been revamped. Very disappointing, now just lines of high shelves, feels very claustrophobic , stock of essentials low, coffee machine not working, high prices. Self service machines still erratic.

Nice staff and good location with free 30 Inure parking round the back of the story. Fairly good selection of products, though more expensive than other shops respectively. You can do John Lewis deliveries to this story, which is really helpful.
I wanted to share my appreciation for Trish, who provided exceptional customer service at the self-checkout tills in the Waitrose store last night. Despite it being a busy peak hour, Trish took the time to help every single customer who needed assistance, including myself. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient, which made a stressful situation much easier for everyone. I couldn’t help but notice that Trish was the only one managing the tills, as her colleagues either called her for help or left her to handle the customers on her own. While this didn’t seem fair, Trish managed it with grace and professionalism. She even helped me resolve an issue with my Waitrose card that wouldn’t scan. Trish is the epitome of excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition for her hard work. People like her make the shopping experience so much better, and it’s clear that she’s an asset to your team. I hope Waitrose considers her for a promotion because she certainly deserves it! We need more people in the world like Trish. Thank you, Trish, for going above and beyond!
The staff was very friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for even tough the options were limited. It`s a small establishment and it is perfectly understandable. Clean and overall nice. Bonus points for the free and easy parking space, cause I`m not the best driver.
Not many staff when I attended on Friday 17th February. Limited stock and pricey. Handy car park to rear..

Small Waitrose, but very nice consumers. Lovely and quiet, and they have a discount shelf. Not a lot of range, but, still worth it. 3 stars from me.
It’s got a good selection of items for its size, as you can see from the photos. It’s never busy when I’m in there, longest I’ve waited in a queue was about 5mins. Usual trusty Waitrose goods, I love their spelt bread and organic offerings! Has a couple sanitation stations. Has a few self checkout tills. Staff are friendly and helpful.
