“I wanted to share my appreciation for Trish, who provided exceptional customer service at the self-checkout tills in the Waitrose store last night. Despite it being a busy peak hour, Trish took the time to help every single customer who needed assistance, including myself. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient, which made a stressful situation much easier for everyone. I couldn’t help but notice that Trish was the only one managing the tills, as her colleagues either called her for help or left her to handle the customers on her own. While this didn’t seem fair, Trish managed it with grace and professionalism. She even helped me resolve an issue with my Waitrose card that wouldn’t scan. Trish is the epitome of excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition for her hard work. People like her make the shopping experience so much better, and it’s clear that she’s an asset to your team. I hope Waitrose considers her for a promotion because she certainly deserves it! We need more people in the world like Trish. Thank you, Trish, for going above and beyond!”

“A very convenient store has pretty much everything you need even in this small store,I like how it gives back to the community unlike other supermarkets out there. I mostly buy catfood and fresh produce which doesn't cost the earth such a lovely variety of freshly baked goods,I only wish they had more vegetarian meals and sandwiches but other than that good friendly polite staff who help pack your bags properly :)”
