   The man in this picture was racist to me, he makes black Africans pay first and embarrasses them on the loud speaker in front of everyone but let’s south Asians pay after filling up which is totally wrong. They need to let people fill up first then pay after because it’s not possible to predict how much you need in your vehicle, all the other services stations in the area let you fill up first!

   I wish I could rate the customer service here a negative. Last night (04/06/25) between 23:35-23:40, I run out to the shop to get essentials and the guy at the counter was busy on his phone. I waved and smiled and said hi and gently tapped on the “pay here” metal drawer. The guy pushed the drawer out, kissed his teeth and said “what?”. I was so shocked and taken aback i couldn’t speak just staring in disbelief at the guy. With no apology or remorse, he turned the phone to me and said “see? It’s our work group chat. One minute”. The man just stayed on his phone for long after being so needlessly rude. I run to the shop and was out of breath because I needed some essentials but I had to leave as the guy at the counter was so engrossed in his phone after waiting for almost or more than a minute. He didn’t even ask me what I needed. This experience was appalling and terrible. He was in an ESSO t-shirt and had glasses. He looks like a Bangladeshi or Indian but I can’t tell exactly. Very terrible
