   Good experience, plenty of availability. Small queues, it was Thursday 6pm. They sell clothes, habitat, kitchenware, food obviously. There’s a cafe on site. Massive car park. Well located.

   This Sainsbury’s is in a great location, situated close to other useful shops such as Next, Nando’s, Costa, Boots, a petrol station, Aldi and Sports Direct, so you can really make the most of your trip and pick up any extra bits you may need. As for this branch specifically, it offers a wide range of Tu clothing and homeware, including Habitat, which is always a bonus. The grocery section is large and well stocked, making it suitable for both big weekly shops and quick top-ups. The addition of Argos, conveniently located at the front left as you walk in, is also extremely handy. Staff are friendly and there always seem to be enough around when you need assistance. The only downside is that checkout availability can sometimes be limited, meaning you may end up waiting longer than you’d like, especially if you’re in a rush.

   I shop in the Enfield Crown Road Sainsburys around 3-4 times a week. I use self checkout a lot and whenever I need help or the machine is flashing red for assistance and I’m met with Lorraine I am always met with wonderful customer service due to her quickness in noticing when you need help and her kindness. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave your shopping experience with a smile! She significantly stands out compared to other full-time members of staff who work there as some of them don’t seem to want to help you or ignore you when you need help. I would be really happy if this feedback got back to her as she definitely deserves it!! (I was there around 5:10pm, Monday 20th of October)

   No tills open and one poor woman manning all of the self checkouts with constant issues on her own. She was pushing through but completely not fair, a few staff walking around but no one jumped in to help her. Feels like no staff in this shop, wasn't even a manager or security to let them know she was struggling.

   Being a major supermarket, I had expected there to be basic sanitary facilities there. My poor 2 year old girl needed the loo, however the facilities were unavailable. It has been like this for ages at this store, and it reflects poorly on their facility generally. This is a run down, outdated, poorly maintained excuse for a supermarket.

   Great options, wide varieties. Absolutely love their bakery. Fruits and veggies are great value and quality. Only wish their queues were faster, or more counters opened as queuing times can go up to 30 mins or more. So definitely make sure you are in comfortably footwear and aren’t going there in a rush of time, because you may not leave earlier than anticipated

   This supermarket is going downhill fast. Only two manned tills open with long queues. The self service tills were very busy with only one staff member rushed off her feet. You need to show bar code on receipt to get through the out gate which caused further queues. Will not return...

   Fully stocked shelves. Excellent choice of food etc. Plenty of parking. Argos inside store. Only complaint is that the toilets,although cleaned regularly, really smell horrible.
