   Third class customer service. Asked the receptionist for a coin for the trolley and the owner told me that people don’t return the coin back asked me to get my own. I mean how can they generalize everyone and humiliate people making them feel they are thieves. It reflects their backward mindset and the thief that lives in their minds. I used to buy frequently from them but sorry you lost a customer , your loss.

   I asked the butcher to cut me up chicken for a curry I was to cook, he then went on to Im pretty sure swear in another language, he then cut the chicken up in all the wrong places (check pics). Very discusting behaviour.

   The store has always been difficult to navigate by wheelchair, but for years I have been able to get my fresh produce and navigate to the tills where a member of staff would assist me. Temporary stands blocking aisles everywhere, that I cannot even get near the tills. The blocking of aisles seems to get more and more ridiculous, but at least staff are always helpful. Very good selection of fresh produce. Very polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately not very wheelchair friendly

   The lady at the till with golden red hair is very rude. I wanted my receipt so l can show proof of purchase to my mum and check if l have been charged right. I was given wrong receipt but she instead l was given the right receipt. The items on my receipt was not the things l purchased. She was shouting and arguing with me. I asked her named but she did not want to give her name. The manager was not help full at all. He was on his workers side. I said customers are always right but they both insisted l was in the wrong. They should get a course on how to treat customers

   Staff are alway changing in this shop. But what does not change is their rude attitude towards customers. I think the cashiers are trained to cheat customers out of money. Over charging and even charging for items you haven't got is a common in here. Happned to me. And I have also seen so many arguments with other customers. Rubbish. S. H. I. T. People.

   The butcher was very rude and argumentative he had the wrong price on lamb tribes he charged me 2£ a kg more than the ticket when I questioned him he said he charge what he wanted is wrong price on display he confirmed that, I took a picture to keep for me But the store is fantastic we don't have in Hampshire that type of choices
