Ozzy waited an HOUR AFTER CLOSING TIME so I can get back and collect my car as I needed it for work that night. Customer service beyond anything I'd expect for a new customer!”

“Used for my annual car service. Was able to book a service for the following day. Driver collected and dropped off my car. Service completed within a few hours. Had to pay for a new pollen filter and brake fluid so nothing unexpected (about £220 for those additions - mine is an electric car). About £400 in total for everything. Had call in the morning explaining what would happen and again after the service and before the additions were carried out. Would recommend and use again.”
