   I arrived at the tire fitting shop exactly at my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that the tire I had ordered wasn’t available. Despite giving me a confirmed fitting time, they failed to arrange the tire properly and didn’t notify me in advance. I ended up waiting 3–4 hours at the shop for them to source the tire, and overall they wasted 6 hours of my time. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

   Took my car there to get a MOT test came back with my car not working!! They damaged the clutch whilst testing it out and took no responsibility whatsoever. It's going to cost me £400 just for a new clutch thanks to them! Also they failed my MOT over little things that were not serious enough for a MOT test fail. They are only good for a tyre change, besides that No damn way!

   I’m disappointed with the service I received. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I was told the team was busy and that I would either need to wait around 50 minutes or come back another day. On top of that, they didn’t do the free wheel alignment check (I need to do it elsewhere) , they broke my wheel caps, and they didn’t even clean the dirt from the wheels before applying the balancing weights. Because of this, the weights dropped off just after two days. Overall, very unprofessional service and not what I expected at all.

   Have been visiting this branch for the last 5 years & have to say every time I go, they are polite, professional & attend to the work straight away, they give helpful advice, never try to over sell something that’s not needed. Highly recommended this place & all the staff are just as good as each other.

   Amazing service. Speedy, efficient and competitively priced. I called several tyre shops in the area and Kwik Fit Enfield were the only guys who had the right tyre in stock and could do the job on the same day. Paul (the manager) was superb and highly knowledgeable. Job done in rapid time.

   I have taken my car here for its MOT on a few occasions, and I have also taken my partner's car here also. I have never had any problems with the service here, and feel I have been treated and advised fairly. There is plenty of space to park your car, which is what you'd like to expect of a garage. One criticism is that the toilets could be cleaner. But at least they have a toilet which can be used

   Had my MOT booked recently at Enfield Kwik fit. Unfortunately my car failed the MOT and I really needed to travel the next day and wanted the car to have a clean bill of health. Jay and the guys at Kwik fit were really helpful and worked hard to get the car to pass the MOT retest, which was successful. Would recommend this Kwik fit for its high levels of support and customer service.

   Very polite and helpful, paul the manager was cleaning bathrooms so it was clean for the customers. Repair was done in excellent time. I was kept up to date with what was going on at all times by Jay who was helping run reception and fixing tyres. Clean and tidy waiting area, very tidy work space, which is always nice to see. Will use again and recommend to my friends. X
