Not a great experience unfortunately. Had to send them pictures and details of my car on 3 separate occasions as they had "IT" issues. Gave them the address of the car on multiple occasions and they kept confirming my old address for pickup , even on the day of pickup. Been waiting 6 weeks for them to send me a copy of a VAT invoice for the excess as this is a company car so I am out of pocket until they do this. The actual repair was fine but the service to get the repair done was very poor.
Excellent service, my car went in as a result of an accident which occurred while it was parked, so it was an insurance claim. The team knew I needed my car back quickly and worked tirelessly to get it back to me on-time, which they did and they delivered it too! Nice delivery drivers - very polite and pleasant. Did give a five star review but dropped it to four as the car was filthy and hadn't been cleaned outside which, for the excess cost and the cost of repair should have been done!
Bit of a mess up they thought my was Stolen And smashed But I was a victim of crime. But we got to the bottom of it and everything was all goodtop job.
My car was repaired through my insurance company at this site. The repairs were done to a high standard and car was polished and valeted, looking like brand new when I got it back. However, it took nearly 3 months to repair due to delays on certain parts arriving which is understandable. The communications were extremely poor from the company and never got updates on time and I had to always chase them and was given inaccurate information on the completion date. Otherwise would have given 5 stars

From start to finish Artis/Steer Enfield were brilliant. They kept me updated and had my repairs due to an accident completed within 10 days. They collected my car, supplied a nice hire vehicle, kept me informed and brought my car back looking brand new.
