   I booked a home delivery driver left food on doorstep and it was a very hot day didn't even knock only that I looked out of window a d see van. When I checked delivery was completely wrong order. When I told driver he looked at me as if I was stupid on checking his phone he realised he had Delivered wrong order. I phoned store to complain and I am still waiting for response which was a good couple of months ago. This store is completely incompetent. Will not use it again.

   Asked as I couldn't see where a food item was....the look of pure hatred that I'd disturbed them from restacking shelves...I get it that it's an imposition but my goodness some people shouldn't deal with people.horrid experience

   I love Iceland but at the moment im finding they're always running out of certain items and I've been trying to find them in other Iceland stores and it's the same problem it's really frustrating if they're not selling certain items anymore they should let customers know

   Terrible customer service. Our home delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Its is now monday and no word or confirmation from Iceland about why our delivery hasn't arrived. Spoke to numerous people who have told us that it should be on its way and still nothing. Won't be doing online shopping with Iceland again.

   Really bad experience with the delivery man named Ray… he rang the bell and throw all my shop on the stairs and walked off with no words. The store manager was very helpful and refund all my damage and unwanted items that I didn’t order. Very disappointed with the delivery handout I will not order again and if I do I will call the store requesting to not have this Ray man again. Shame I can’t add the pictures on the state he left my order.
