   We were due to travel to Zanzibar for 12 nights in November (booked in May) but there was political unrest in Tanzania and gov advice was not to travel, so our holiday was cancelled the night before flying. It was a trip for a big birthday so this was quite stressful! We spent ages going back and forth with different TUI numbers. Eventually we were put through to this Hayes branch and Kai saved the day. We wanted to rebook a holiday for similar dates (i.e travelling ASAP) but a lot of what was showing online couldn’t actually be booked due to flight availability. Kai was super helpful - he spent an hour or two going through different options with us (checking locations for rainy season/weather before recommending them, checking hotel reviews etc) and found us a trip to the Maldives which met our requirements and we had an absolutely amazing time in the end. P.S - we were not asked to write this review but genuinely wanted to pass on our thanks!

   Amazing staff. Suzanna is fab. She saved me an awesome amount on my booking found me a better deal than I l I found on the app. Way better to have a face to face person than looking on a screen. Can't say thanks enough to all the staff. So friendly and welcoming.

   Had a great experience with the Tui store. We booked our honeymoon back in July with Laeticia, who was very kind and it went very smoothly. Kai was very kind and helped us change our flights and emailed the hotel to ensure we are well taken care of, we were updated all throughout. Great communication! Thank you! :)

   Best travel agency around. 10/10. Very knowledgeable staff. Got served by Kai who tells me that he is still new to the company and fresh out of college but his enthusiasm and product knowledge is unreal. Although this TUI store is still new to the area, having moved from Uxbridge they are doing very well for themselves and I will definitely be coming back in the future to book a holiday with Kai!

   I am very glad that I stumbled across this TUI store in Hayes. Being local to the area I didn’t even know it existed until I stumbled across it online. I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Kai who provided me with the best service I could ask for. Upon talking about my existing holiday, Kai thoroughly explained to me other services TUI offer in store, those that I wouldn’t have been aware of before. I was able to buy some euros for an upcoming holiday I have booked but I cannot wait to come back to this store in the future and book a holiday with Kai, his product knowledge was phenomenal and he is very patient and welcoming with a lovely smile.

   We booked our family holiday to Disney this afternoon with Kai and received excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were catered for. As we haven’t been on a family holiday since before covid we wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and he was extremely patient with us.    I got served by a young chap called Kai who gave me exceptional service on the phone, on email and in person. It’s a shame to see so many Travel Agents close in the recent years and I am glad this shop has stayed open despite their relocation from Uxbridge. This is a lovely branch that really goes out of their way to make their customers feel welcome and valued. I will definitely be taking my business here again.

   What an amazing TUI store this is. The staff are well-managed, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient and professional. We were booking in-person with this team before they moved from Uxbridge to Hayes and wouldn't book any other way or use a different store even they are not our local store. We have specific needs when travelling that the team always remember and we have faith that they will make those for us; they have never let us down. Whenever you speak with them either in-store or by phone they have a good customer interaction. Who needs to make an on-line booking or make time-wasting calls to the anonymous call centre when you can receive excellent customer service like this, face to face the Gold standard.
