Popped in for Sunday lunch and had the roast lamb with a giant Yorkshire pud. Eyes were bigger than the belly, it is giant. Friendly staff, good food and a good atmosphere. We’ll be back.
I've now been here a few times and it's never failed to make me smile. The servers are all polite and kind. The food is delectable. Everyone is very welcoming. Whether you sit inside or out in the spacious garden, you'll be comfortable and happy. The prices are very reasonable considering the stellar service. I'll return every time I'm home. Pop by, you'll have a great time.

3 of us stayed for 1 night after our Thorpe Park visit. Perfect for us. Room 8 with 3 single beds. Plenty of plug sockets hidden behind the beds (8 I think). Staff very polite and we are very happy with the experience.
Very friendly and efficient check in. Room for 3 was spacious and well equipped. Professional set up in a traditional pub hotel.
The worst pub in Chertsey. The most unfriendly, rude bar staff you will come across. The manager despises children in the pub although she is pregnant herself. You feel uncomfortable and are constantly looked down upon if you have children with you at 5pm, yes as early as 5pm! How ridiculous. The manager is ridiculously rude to customers and thinks he can speak in a rude manor to people in the garden and swear when children are in ear shot. The drinks have a foul taste like washing up liquid and are awfully tasteless and purposely weak and watered down. Very rude mannerism and no customer service in sight! The bar staff are incapable of handing you a drink without knocking it over and spilling half and not topping it back up. A money grabbing doss hole with the most disgusting manager and staff. Good luck to all who even approach this so called “pub”. If I were able to give this place a 0/10 you best believe I would.
Ordered the pie and a pint, as the Swan was recommended by the place I was staying at Sadly the pie was just a leathery, chunky meat filling with a puff pastry piece plonked on top (not cooked together). No herbage, finesse, or love. Meat was very tough and chewy. Accompanying veg was grey and boiled to death. Chips were fine but frozen. Portions were big, but I left most of mine. Would not recommend. But staff were nice and friendly.
Eat here often, walking distance. Phil and his staff are always lovely. On this occasion we were celebrating my son's 30th birthday, and we were able to use the marquee and not disturb the rest of the pub. Food amazing as always.
Lovely mild relaxing atmosphere, bar staff where very polite and welcoming. Food was absolutely amazing plus the service was great, by far the best hunter's chicken I've ever had. We will be returning on our next date night.
