“Very nice hotel in a splendid location at a lovely part of the River Thames. very clean room with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Large queen size bed in standard room which is still bigger than most equivalent hotel rooms. All facilities are good and function well. restaurant serves throughout the whole day. Excellent stay with location just over half a mile ito the small town of Chertsey with many quaint shops and foodie places.”

“Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.”

“Nathaniel has been a superstar right from the start, I was moving with my 3 daughters due to a separation and he was extremely sensitive to our situation and answered all my many questions promptly and within just a couple of weeks everything was sorted and I cant thank him enough. The whole process with Martins & co was very professional and so easy. I would highly recommend them.”

“We got married at Foxhills on 18.10.25 and honestly couldn't have asked for a better day. I was initially worried when our original wedding co-ordinator left with 6 months to go, but I needn't have been. The new wedding co-ordinator, Cheyenne, went above and beyond for us. She replied to emails quickly, took her time explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble. The actual day was faultless. The staff, in particular Georgia (the operations manager) were so friendly, efficient and militant in their organisation of everything, we just knew we were in safe hands. From the run up the day before, to the concierges helping us with taking decorations in the golf buggies, they couldn't have been kinder or friendlier. All our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was from the Orangery where we had our ceremony, to the Clubhouse where we held our reception. Special thanks to Nigel our amazing toastmaster who made the day so much better. Any little hitch (none of which was their fault, but ours!) was dealt with seamlessly. The next morning, we made the most of the facilities with the other guests; swimming, children's soft play and the delicious cooked breakfasts. We will definitely be back for our first anniversary and hopefully for years to come. Thank you Foxhills!”

“Absolutely amazing, the hotel is in a quaint location, the room was big enough to move around in so wasn't like a hamster den. The bed was very comfy and the whole place really nicely represented. Breakfast in the morning was lush, again fantastic presentation. Really loved this little place.”

“One of the best theme parks I've visited so far. Second best in the UK but is home to the best rollercoaster in the UK, Hyperia. It is absolutely amazing, the food is great and the views on and off of the coasters are amazing. My ranking list of the rollercoasters: 1. Hyperia 2. Swarm 3. Stealth 4. Nemesis Inferno 5. Colossus 6. Saw 7. The Walking Dead: The Ride 8. Flying fish. Honourable mentions: Tidal wave (Best water ride in the UK). Detonator. Zodiac. Samurai. Vortex. Rush. I'd definitely recommend the park to any thrill seekers and even if you aren't you should give the coasters and other rides a try.”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Really nice accommodation and the rating is a reflection of the value for money as well as the cleanliness of the property. I had a very comfortable king bed, which provided a great night of sleep. Tea and coffee is supplied, otherwise pretty much no frills. Beware if you have a phobia of canines as there are a few dogs. But the pups are harmless, and once they realise you're a friendly, they wonder off.”
