The check-in process was slick and my premium room was clean and tidy. Just when I looked up at the AC unit intake, I saw all that dust. The thought of blowing that fist around my room made me opt to open the window instead
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff (Nabeel and kazmi) were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!
Great location for Thorpe Park. Modern and clean hotel. Premium WiFi wouldn’t work so had to get another code from the desk. Terrible parking options. Not enough spaces and nowhere in the area to park. Aldi just round corner Nice area
I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.
Towels looked clean but smelled horrible when you started drying yourself. No bath. No air con. Shower tray was almost completely blocked so water flooded onto bathroom floor. Furniture was run down. Lots of noise from upstairs and other rooms. Would look for somewhere else to stay next time.
Cosy, convenient location, and good value. Feels like the room was spruced up recently, bathroom especially feels fresh. It’s super close to the train station and really close to town too. It has parking options as well. Staff were helpful.
Stayed 1 night at the Travelodge Chertsey. Warm welcome from Allwyn who let me know about the hotel's facilities and local amenities. Room was comfortable with everything you needed for a short stay. Have booked again for another night in February.
Having never stayed here before my first shock was that I had to pay for parking. Corridor leading to our room had a strong odour of cigarette smoke and as a non smoker I did not appreciate that. Room quite small, a shower but no bath. Bed and bedding was comfortable and clean
Stole my money. Couldn't make the dates due to a medical emergency. They would not refund nor move the dates. Avoid, they have zero concern. From the other reviews, it looks like they don't care about the condition of their lodgings either. They've stolen almost £500 from me and are refusing to refund.
Friendly reception staff, plus room was good, dirty pillow case on extra pillow but the bed was clean and well made. Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Average stay but close to thorpe park and cheap. Nice chicken shop take away in the town.
