“From the first time we walked in, we were greeted kindly and warmly by the receptionist. They have excellent communication. They always treat our dog with the utmost care and kindness. Their rates are very reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary practice, and wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“The staff here are so kind and patient and the quality of care for my cat has been very high. The reception staff always take time to explain things through to me. The wait on arrival for appointments is very low so my cat spends minimal time in the carrier.”

“This is a first class c&c site next to the River Thames. Good size pitches and cater for all types of camping with or without electric. Modern facility block. Site managers friendly and very helpful.”

“It's got great character and the rooms are very warm, welcoming and cosy. (Trendy Even). Food was great and there is also and outside area with a wood burner. It was one of those places you felt lucky to have dropped on. Reminded me that hotels stars dont always give a true picture of where your staying”

“Very nice hotel in a splendid location at a lovely part of the River Thames. very clean room with helpful and friendly staff throughout. Large queen size bed in standard room which is still bigger than most equivalent hotel rooms. All facilities are good and function well. restaurant serves throughout the whole day. Excellent stay with location just over half a mile ito the small town of Chertsey with many quaint shops and foodie places.”

“I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.”

“My favourite place to go to. Anything I need, I run to Aldi. Love their middle isle and this week u got 2 absolutely beautiful, soft, velvety blankets that are so so cozy. Got one first and loved it so much that had to go for the other later that week and that was the only one left so a must go every week for the amazing new stuff and ofcourse the weekly shopping :)”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Don't let the negative reviews put you off booking. We really enjoyed our stay in one of the 'Premier Plus' rooms, it was lovely and clean, the bed was comfy and all the staff were really nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, which is served in the pub (The Winning Post), which is on the side of the building. It was amazing; there was plenty of choice (even as a vegetarian), and the cooked breakfast was made to order. Again, all the Staff were sociable and friendly. We will definitely be back.”

“Really nice accommodation and the rating is a reflection of the value for money as well as the cleanliness of the property. I had a very comfortable king bed, which provided a great night of sleep. Tea and coffee is supplied, otherwise pretty much no frills. Beware if you have a phobia of canines as there are a few dogs. But the pups are harmless, and once they realise you're a friendly, they wonder off.”
