   29th Nov: Both times Helen has come round she has been unnecessarily rude and has a poor attitude. I wouldn’t recommend her and regret giving her a second chance. I’ve never met anyone who owns a business that is as rude as Helen. 30th Nov: Just seen this owners response, I don't know who you think you are responding to but you have the wrong person. You clearly don't even know the name of the customer that you were dealing with. These 'accusations' that I made that you speak of, wasn't me. My experience: The first time you came round, I asked why you were late and you gave me attitude, instead of just apologising. The second time you came round, I simply asked you to move your van to the other side of the driveway and you gave me attitude again, instead of simply asking for help to back your van up. You claim you have provided a service with a very high standard, I haven't even seen 1% of this 'high standard'. It's nice to know that your other customers are happy but maybe you should keep it consistent with all of your customers.

   Helen is caring and kind with her doggy clients. She is one to one with the dogs and makes them feel secure and relaxed whilst grooming. She is very passionate about her work and is always the first person to be recommended on Facebook by local residents. I've never known Helen to be anything other than polite, friendly and respectful to everyone and she goes out of her way to continually improve and further her training to keep up with best practice.

   DO NOT USE, makes false accusations and assumptions. Poor attitude, does not know how to speak people, no customer service, rude, disrespectful. No common courtesy. My dog was poorly groomed, WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

   Absolutely Excellent. On time very friendly. Interested in all details of your dog. We have elderly Golden Retriever and he has difficulty with his sight and back legs so requires help and tenderness. Helen was brilliant with him and the standard of grooming is the best we have ever had. This is our 3rd Golden so we have had quite a few groomers. Don't hesitate to call Good value as well
