If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude unhelpful and having no clue staff. I purchased curtains that are supposed to be a blackout and I have asked if anything wrong can I return. The lad on the till said yes bring them back just keep the receipt. When I arrived next day they rejected my return saying we dont accept those items. Item was in original packaging with a receipt. If I wasn't told I can return before buying I wouldn't make a fuss but this was was left with useless item that isnt a blackout curtain as picture showed but light as it can be when you hang them. Tried explaining was useless they wouldn't even listen when I explained I was told I can bring this back! Disappointed
