While my wife was at the checkout in Aldi Chertsey today, I asked an assistant for a carrier bag who then insisted on searching my personal bag, telling me she had every right to do this. They should spend more on staff training to identify genuine thieves rather than those at the tills paying for their shopping. Shameful.
My favourite place to go to. Anything I need, I run to Aldi. Love their middle isle and this week u got 2 absolutely beautiful, soft, velvety blankets that are so so cozy. Got one first and loved it so much that had to go for the other later that week and that was the only one left so a must go every week for the amazing new stuff and ofcourse the weekly shopping :)
I brought it today 13/10/25. This is second time I got these kinda lean diced beef- I’m not sure is it spoiled one. It’s within expiry date 16/10/25. Rest other products are fresh and have no complaints
Spacious car park.. Reasonable prices.. Worth deals on the products.. Good Quality and Useful products.... Especially food items and much more. Big store... Can find almost everything... Good customer service.
Great store to buy so many cheap worthy deals. Especially the wooden toys section for the kids is unparalleled! I once got a parking penalty as I forgot to key in my car registration at the exit. I went to the store manager and he immediately sorted it put. Great staff, very helpful staff. We love shopping here!
As with most supermarkets now low on stock of certain items of food, eggs are getting more hard to find (February). But a good store with bargain prices.
Great place to shop. Good choice of foods. Polite staff. Don't forget to enter your car reg before leaving.
First time ever visiting an Aldi store. Read some of the other reviews. My personal experience was very enjoyable. The vegetables were priced competitively, fresh and good 'sell-by' dates. I particularly liked the Hotel Collection of perfumes/hand-wash/diffusers - gorgeous smells at an amazing price. I'm going to be giving them as Xmas gifts! The staff were very friendly and the young lad that served me even showed me how to use the vehicle registration machine. I'll be returning to Aldi Chertsey very shortly.
No Issue with small Aldi but staff must tell the customers about parking scree. Because new person, like myself travelling from North would miss that easily. I coincidentally parked my vehicle right in front of signposting where it says redeem on screen inside store, I went back to do so otherwise I would have got penalty.
