   Our dog is a gentle soul but absolutely hates being bathed and shakes throughout the whole process. However, with Charlotte, she always follows her into the grooming area and leaves happy, looking absolutely beautiful and ten times better than anything we have been able to achieve at home - the before and after pictures are unreal! All communication is very clear with reminders before appointments and a text shortly before our dog is ready to be collected; Charlotte has been generous and accommodating with the need to sometimes drop off a couple of minutes early to get back for meeting too. Charlotte is kind and loving towards our pooch and is lovely to speak to; I’ve recommended her to lots of owners locally and will continue to do so!

   My girls absolutely love going to Charlotte. They come back smelling beautiful and the dog hair shredding is reduced massively from the hard work Charlotte puts in to brushing them thoroughly. They even come back with a pretty little bow on their collar. So so happy we found Charlotte to groom them both (she even checks their ears and claws) and gives them so much love. I can’t praise her enough, definitely five stars.

   Oscar my super fluffy Shih Tzu loves his monthly trip to Greens Grooming. Charlotte is fab, she takes her time and makes sure that Oscar is ok as he can be quite nervous. He always comes home looking super smart with his new trim and sporting a little bow tie. Would highly recommend Charlotte.
